To further our commitment to our clients and site visitors to provide reliable information in connection with our Screen 360 employment and drug screening service offerings, SourceHOV has implemented the following privacy policy. SourceHOV believes in protecting that information and has established this Privacy Policy as a guiding document for the collection, use and storage of personal information.

SourceHOV collects personally identifiable information when voluntarily submitted by our online and onsite visitors. The information provided is used to fulfill specific requests. This information is only used to fulfill the specific request, unless given permission to use it in another manner. In order to provide our full range of services, SourceHOV may collect personally identifiable information. This includes names, postal addresses, email addresses, phone numbers, company information, etc..., as provided by SourceHOV’ clients and website visitors in connection with employment and drug screening.

SourceHOV will not send out cookies to a visitor’s computer in connection with the Screen 360 service offering.
